Automation of marketing and lead generation
Minden online folyamat alapja a jól működő weblap. Így először a weblapot kell arra a szintre emelni, hogy az a folyamatokat támogatni tudja.

Quality of the Website
The foundation of every online process is a well-functioning website. Therefore, the first step is to elevate the website to a level where it can support these processes. The simplest way to ensure the quality of a website is to measure it using Google Speed Test.
The results are considered good if the score is green, indicating over 90% for both mobile and desktop measurements.
If the developer claims it's impossible to achieve this, rest assured that we contractually commit to achieving over 90% for all our projects. It can be done. It can be done. It can be done.
Once the website is technically sound, it's worth examining the quality of its operation, such as how often the website is up and its loading speed. There are many tools available for this purpose, but you can use our free WebyMon system for this.
Once all technical errors are resolved, the next step is to implement sections on the website that support automation:
- Contact form
- Calculator
- Pages showcasing products and services
- Product support pages (wiki, help)
- Blog
- Content recommendations
- System for collecting user feedback (content ratings, likes-dislikes, comments)
- Downloadable free materials in exchange for email
- Analytics and measurements
- Email automation
- Lead nurturing, task management
- Newsletter
- News
- References
- Case studies
- User profiling, building user segments
- Automated email communication
Additional software can be used for the entire process, but these are the most important modules. Each of these modules is available as an online product in our portfolio, allowing us to create unique, customized solutions for our clients without programming.
Launching the Project and Initial Steps
Typically, we contract for an initial period of 1+3 months. The first month involves exploring processes, tools, and data. We conduct workshops, brainstorm together, and plan. By the end of the first month, a plan is developed that describes the quickest and most beneficial transformations.
During the implementation phase between the 2nd and 4th months, we implement what was planned in the first month. Occasionally, for larger projects, this schedule may vary, but our experience shows that this timing is optimal for most SMEs.
Achievable Processes
Below are a few examples that can be implemented in the initial 1+3 months:
Website Replacement
In this phase (if the website is of poor quality and requires it), we replace the website engine without changing its appearance and content. This means everything will remain as it was, but we will fix all technical (programming and operational) errors in the background. The website is built on our Cony CMS system and migrated to the Google Cloud system. This results in a fast and stable website free of SEO issues.
Increasing Website Lead Generation Support
It's advisable to enhance the website with modules that allow us to learn more about users/interested parties/requesters.
If someone submits a contact form or requests a callback, it's good to see:
- What content they viewed/read on the website before.
- If they rated the content using the "5-star" feedback module, which page received what rating.
- How many times they visited the site and exactly which content items they viewed.
When contacting the interested party, we don't start with a blind call, but rather prepared and purposefully, based on their history.
The contact form for interested parties can be further automated:
- They can receive an automated email after contact.
- There's also the option for it to appear as a ticket in the pre-sales staff's ticketing system.
Product and Service Support Pages
It's worthwhile to create content on the websites that answer the most frequently asked questions:
- API descriptions
- Wiki pages
- Frequently asked questions
- Help for products
Pricing
Without seeing it firsthand, it's difficult to estimate how much work is involved in transforming a website and how many resources continuous monthly work will consume. However, we strive to migrate websites for a one-time fee of EUR 1500, while continuous monthly work ranges between EUR 500 and EUR 2000/month.
