Recruitment process specification and user story :)

  1. Choose which of the open positions you would prefer to apply for.
  2. Send your resume and additional information via email. Include how well you meet each expected bullet point (rated from 1 to 5).
  3. The managing director will call via phone or Skype, depending on your location.
  4. At the end of the call, the decision will be made whether you advance to the next round.
  5. If everything goes well in the phone interview, we'll send further details and, if you're a junior, a test assignment. The same challenging task for everyone.
  6. Research a bit and spend a few hours crafting and submitting what you created or gave up and spent more time with the phone to these animals capable of writing such a task.
  7. Our competent developer evaluates your work.
  8. Since they are also a developer, the managing director calls to understand the assessment they provided. :)
  9. The managing director calls to welcome you to the team or says sorry....
  10. You resign from your current job and wait out the notice period.
  11. You join the team, and your life changes.

Location: Budapest XIII, or anywhere in the world if you can work like this.

The work is to be done in 40 hours per week and invoiced, but we are open to part-time work. We also welcome team applications.
