What Will Happen?

  • The central software/system performs the basic functions, and marketing and sales processes can be modified at will in the future (emails and email processes, data structure, data sources). Thus, a new idea or experiment can be executed within hours or days, without waiting for development, then testing the completed development and discarding it if it doesn't work.
  • If all relevant data is transferred to the CDP during the project, which plays a role in profiling, filtering, or exact matching, the CDP can select the exact matches, send email series or email notifications about them. Additionally, it allows administrators to initiate their queries in real-time via a web interface without programming knowledge.
  • The analytics needed for the project's operation are received by the CDP from external analytical systems (e.g., Webb & Flow User Machine Analytics, internal portal events, or other tools).
